Returns and Restocking Charges
All Dyne Test Pen and Ink Products Orders are made to every order and are not kept in stock so to allow for fresh products to be shipped and are not returnable. We can not resell a product that is already made for a customer to give to another customer as it would change the length of expiration of the product and we would not know if the product was already tampered with, risking a problem for the new customer. Orders can only be cancelled if called within 30 mins of the final submission as we start making your order right away. A certificate of Analysis is shipped with every dyne pen and Ink orders. Please call 949-595-0538 if any problems occur with your order. Not all Air shipments are guaranteed to be shipped the same day they are placed if received after 1pm PST. Most orders will ship out the same day depending upon the amount of orders we have for that day, but will be shipped out within 24 hours of receipt.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our Business operations hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 PM PST
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
